Cholecystectomy, better known as gallbladder removal, is most commonly related to extreme weight gain and loss, pregnancy, fatty food intake, and certain medical conditions. Frequently right upper quadrant abdominal pain with food intolerance, nausea and vomiting. Single incision gallbladder removal allows patients to return to normal activities within 1-2 weeks.
